Ani Pema Lhamo
Anaree Nelson was ordained as a nun in February 2005 by Khenpo Paljor Gyatso Rinpoche.

Ani Pema Lhamo is the ordained name given to Anaree. Ani means nun, Pema means lotus and Lhamo means goddess.

Anaree was born in Maryborough, Queensland, Australia and lived there for 28 years. She moved to Sydney, then to Canberra and has studied many forms of ancient healing techniques. Additionally, she has traveled extensively through Nepal, Tibet, India, the USA, and south-east Asia, learning the different religions and different healing practices.

Anaree is a teacher of Tibetan Buddhism (basic), healing with the mind, with the hands and with mantra, exercise techniques, static meditation, and moving energy by thought projection.

Some of the qualifications Anaree has achieved are: Tibetan Yoga, Diploma of Clinical Hypnosis, QiGong exercise instructor, QiGong meditation, QiGong massage, lymphatic drainage massage, Reiki, reflexology, polarity therapy, and Certificate of Mineralogy & Petrology (USQ).

Anaree is also a Certified Internet Webmaster (CIW) with expertise in HTML, JavaScript, XML and ASP, and also makes databases. She is a qualified trainer.
